Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 39 years
Candidates must possess basic knife skills, ability to understand flavour profile and perform precise food presentation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintaining an accurate inventory of ingredients and placing regular orders as per the training.
Monitoring the condition of equipment and ordering maintenance and repairs.
Inspecting food for quality standards and taste before it leaves the kitchen. Making sure the food is made, stricly following the recipe.
Health and Safety Compliance: Enforcing rigorous sanitation and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and diners. Maintaining FIFO, and completing mis en plus, putting date on each product and checking the fridge regularly.
Informing the head office regarding any unavailability of raw materials, changed in brand of products used.
