NEPCS is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Cook in the Foreign Employees’ Canteen. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality Korean and/or Chinese cuisine for foreign employees. Candidates with experience in both Korean and Chinese cuisines are encouraged to apply. Candidates with strong cooking skills and experience in either Korean or Chinese cuisine are also welcome to apply.

Employment Type:

• Contractual. The contract will be renewed annually, subject to company policy and satisfactory performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

• Ensure all food meets high quality and presentation standards.

• Follow established recipes and cooking techniques to maintain taste and quality consistency.

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen environment.

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is in proper working order and report maintenance issues to management.

• Assist with inventory tracking, stock management, and ordering kitchen supplies.

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly.

• Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

• Assist in purchasing fresh ingredients and supplies from local markets.
