Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion size.
Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Check the quality and freshness of raw materials and ingredients.
Ensure timely preparation and serving of food during operating hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Monitor food stock and inform management about ingredient requirements.
Minimize food wastage and support effective food cost control.
Properly operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
Follow instructions from management and work effectively with the kitchen team.
