Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing and producing a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery products.
Follow standard recipes, production procedures, and quality standards.
Assist in measuring, mixing, baking, decorating, and finishing pastry products.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the pastry production area.
Monitor product quality and ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and presentation.
Support daily production activities and meet assigned production targets.
Maintain proper cleanliness and organization of equipment and workstations.
Perform other duties related to pastry production as assigned by the Chef or management.
