Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers.

• Promote and sell Pharma and Nutraceutical ingredients to existing and potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers and markets.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ingredients and solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on commercial proposals.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, samples, and delivery.

• Support new product introduction and business development initiatives.

• Coordinate sample requests, product trials, and customer feedback.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to achieve sales targets and business growth.

• Prepare sales forecasts, customer updates, and regular business development reports for management.

• Ensure proper documentation and coordination throughout the sales process.
