• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Finance & Banking, Accounting & Information System, Management Information System
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age 23 to 30 years

• Basic understanding of Sales Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Excel)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Assist in managing and maintaining sales automation tools (SPRO)

• Support the sales team in tracking leads, opportunities, and performance metrics

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and IT) to improve automation processes

• Generate regular reports and dashboards for management review

• Help in implementing new automation features and system upgrades

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within sales systems

• Provide training and support to sales staff on automation tools

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency
