Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Supervise FOH and BOH teams.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
• Monitor customer service and dining experience.
• Monitor POS billing, daily sales and cash handling.
• Control inventory, food cost and operational expenses.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
