Responsibilities & Context:

1. Take full responsibility for managing the company's overall accounting and financial operations.

2. Maintain accurate records of all income, expenses, costs, revenue, assets, liabilities, and profits.

3. Prepare and present daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.

4. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure business profitability.

5. Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.

6. Oversee tax, VAT, statutory compliance, and ensure timely submission of all financial obligations.

7. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

8. Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and management reports to support business growth and decision-making.

9. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and government authorities.

10. Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

11. Support the Managing Director with financial analysis, business planning, and strategic decision-making.

12. Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
