1. Oversee and manage the complete accounting and finance operations of the organization.

2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and management accounts.

3. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.

4. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax, VAT, and statutory requirements.

5. Prepare, monitor, and control annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans.

6. Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and other accounting functions.

7. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure strong internal controls and risk management.

8. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant regulatory authorities.

9. Lead, supervise, and develop the accounts and finance team to ensure efficient and timely performance.

10. Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management for effective decision-making and cost control.
