• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance & Banking

1. Manage overall accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance activities of the organization.

2. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

3. Maintain the General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, and subsidiary ledgers with proper documentation.

4. Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow statements, and variance analysis reports.

5. Monitor daily cash flow and ensure efficient utilization of financial resources.

6. Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and fixed asset management.

7. Prepare and submit VAT, Tax, and other statutory returns in compliance with Bangladesh regulations.

8. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.

9. Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, donors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.

10. Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management procedures.

11. Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

12. Prepared project invoices, client bills, reimbursement claims, and milestone-based billing.
