Experience:

Good knowledge of Tally/Accounting Software.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good numerical and analytical ability.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Context:
We are hiring an Assistant Executive - Accounts to maintain accurate financial records, handle day-to-day accounting activities, ensure compliance with financial regulations and support the Saic Group, Dhaka's financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
Assist in bank reconciliation and financial record keeping.
Prepare and maintain bills, invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Assist with VAT, Tax, VDS & TDS-related documentation.
Support audit preparation and provide necessary documents.
Maintain accounts records using Tally/Accounting Software and MS Excel.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Perform other accounts-related duties assigned by Management.
