Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead and supervise daily operations of Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Tube Extrusion production lines.

• Ensure achievement of production targets, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and machine utilization goals.

• Optimize cycle time, machine parameters, and process settings to maximize productivity.

• Monitor and control production losses, rejection rates, and material consumption.

• Ensure compliance with approved production plans and schedules.

• Conduct machine setup, process validation, and trial runs for new products and molds.

• Establish and optimize processing parameters including temperature profile, injection pressure, holding pressure, cooling time, screw speed, and extrusion speed.

• Implement root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure process standardization and documentation of machine settings.

• Monitor mold performance, preventive maintenance, and mold life cycle.

• Coordinate mold trials, modifications, and repairs with the Tool Room team.

• Ensure proper mold installation, alignment, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain mold history records and maintenance schedules.

• Analyze and resolve molding defects such as:

  • Short Shot

  • Flash

  • Sink Mark

  • Burn Mark

  • Weld Line

  • Warpage

  • Black Spot

  • Bubble Formation

  • Dimensional Variation
