Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and channel activation plans to achieve sales growth and strengthen brand presence across all trade channels.
Plan, implement, and monitor merchandising standards, in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and retail execution to ensure consistent brand excellence nationwide.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to successfully execute product launches, promotional activities, and trade initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, consumer insights, and sales performance to identify business opportunities and recommend effective trade marketing strategies.
Manage trade marketing budgets, evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of promotional activities, and ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
Monitor distributor and field execution performance through regular market visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and business objectives.
Prepare periodic trade marketing reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations for management while leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance market execution and sales productivity.
