Having practical experience on ISO-22000/HACCP/GHP/BRC/HALAL and other food safety related certifications. (Preferable)
Responsibilities & Context:
Execute production activities as per planning to meet daily market demand.
Implement and monitor process controls in line with production plans.
Ensure smooth shift-wise (day/night) production operations as per schedules.
Maintain hygiene standards through regular cleaning, sanitation, and workplace upkeep.
Minimize wastage of materials, utilities, and resources during production.
Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials as per production schedules.
Prepare actual consumption, batch variance, and production performance reports.
Maintain production records, documentation, and related reports.
Perform any other production-related duties assigned by management.
