Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Dairy

• The candidate must have a diploma in Food Technology from any government approved institute with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Dairy

• Age At least 18 years

• Age, education and experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates

• Have knowledge of developing variants of sweet recipe

• Basic Knowledge on Machine operate and tools

• Basic Knowledge on cheese recipes especially Mozzarella cheese, Cottage Cheese etc.

• Basic concept of Hygiene and Sanitation

• Basic Knowledge on ISO. GMP, CCP, SOP

• Willing to Work under pressure and challenging environment

• Receive and process good-quality raw milk and produce mozzarella cheese

• Operate, monitor, and maintain cheese production equipment, including Cheese Milk Vat, Inoculation Tank, Stretching & Molding Unit, and associated machinery

• Monitor critical production parameters and product quality attributes to ensure compliance with mozzarella cheese specifications and quality standards

• Execute and verify effective CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) and COP (Cleaning-out-of-Place) procedures while maintaining high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping

• Ensure timely and accurate dosing of cultures, rennet, and salt; verify product quantity, date coding, vacuum seal integrity, and coordinate proper transfer of finished goods to the warehouse.

• Maintain accurate production documentation, including processing time, temperature, fat and SNF levels, production yield, cream output, and finished product handover records

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
