Experience:
B.Sc. or diploma in Printing Technology.
Usually 8 to 10 years of progressive, staff-level leadership experience in operations or Lean Management. Industry Familiarity: Direct, proven experience specifically within adhesive, chemical, or label manufacturing is strongly preferred by employers. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Accessories, Garments Label & Labeling.
Self motivated, service mind, proactive and weel team work
Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet, Office outlook
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
1. Follow up
Monitor and follow up on daily production activities in all units.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Identify and resolve production delays or inefficiencies promptly.
2. Reporting & Analysis.
Prepare and submit daily production reports to top management using Excel.
Review daily wastage reports and suggest improvement actions.
Analyze monthly raw material consumption by section.
Check and reconcile material inventory report regularly.
Review section-wise monthly cost and profit reports.
Follow up on delivery reports and ensure on-time shipment.
3. Efficiency & Continuous Improvement.
Track machine breakdowns and follow up on maintenance reports.
Analyze and improve machine and operator efficiency.
Collaborate with R&D to implement new methods and improve existing ones.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and enhance flow.
4. Quality & Sample Management.
Follow up on daily sample statuses, pending deliveries, and approvals.
Support in maintaining quality standards throughout the production cycle.
5. People Management & Performance.
Conduct worker gap analysis to identify skill or manpower shortages.
Assist in monthly performance evaluations of production workers.
Guide production teams to achieve KPIs through effective communication and supervision.
