Responsibilities & Context:

• Project Roadmapping: Develop detailed execution plans and timelines for Housing, City Development, and Luxury Resort projects.

• Feasibility & Analysis: Conduct rigorous technical and financial feasibility studies for new Land Purchase and Land Share opportunities.

• Sustainability Integration: Ensure all project plans incorporate eco-friendly infrastructure, such as solar power systems and rainwater harvesting, as per company standards.

• Resource Management: Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site managers to optimize the allocation of labor and materials.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project plans strictly adhere to RAJUK guidelines, the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), and local land laws.

• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against milestones and provide data-driven reports to the management team to mitigate risks or delays.
