Responsibilities & Context:
Brighthope Electric Lighting Enterprise is seeking a qualified and experienced Factory Manager for our LED Bulb Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling factory operations and all government-related works efficiently.🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage overall factory operations and production
• Handle all government office work (licenses, approvals, compliance, etc.)
• Ensure timely renewal of all legal documents (Trade License, VAT, Tax, Fire License, Environment Clearance, etc.)
• Maintain communication with government authorities
• Supervise workers, staff, and daily production activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards
• Maintain proper records, documentation, and reports
