Additional Requirement:

• Minimum 05 years working experience in production preferably in Steel Pipe Manufacturing Company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and control daily production activities to achieve production target.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery and raw materials.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain product quality in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Implement and monitor quality control, safety and compliance procedures.
• Analyze production data and identity opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Lead, motivate and evaluate production staff to improve productivity and performance.
• To take necessary measures for ensure the raw materials and product quality.
• Ensure the duties of each staff, workers and officers.
• Responsible for workers recruitment through internal & external source by Management approval.
• Handle the disciplinary issues of the workers/officers in consulting with management.
• Supervise, monitor and follow up attendance of personnel of the factory on daily basis.
• Checking of coil sheet, machine and dies on regular basis. 
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports with analytical date for management.
