Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 35 years
- Only Male
At least 5 to 10 years of practical experience in the production line of an opal glass, ceramic, porcelain, or melamine factory
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Maintain product quality standards.
Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage.
Manage factory manpower, supervisors, and workers.
Ensure machine maintenance and smooth operation.
Implement safety and compliance standards.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
Coordinate with procurement, store, and sales departments.
Control production costs and improve efficiency.
Any other job assign by the Management.
