Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Importer

• Age At least 26 years

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a Factory Manager position.

• Experience in Rotary Die, Packaging, Carton, Printing, or Die Manufacturing will be given preference.

• Strong leadership, production planning, quality control, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Factory Manager – Rotary Die Manufacturing needs to

• Oversee the overall factory operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

• Improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing costs.

• Lead and motivate production teams to ensure operational efficiency.

• Ensure machine maintenance and minimize production downtime.

• Implement and maintain workplace safety and quality management systems.

• Prepare production reports and coordinate with management.
