Job Context: P.T. Consumer Products Industries is hiring responsible, energetic, and experienced Factory Supervisors for its detergent and toiletries manufacturing factory in Lakhimpur. The selected candidates will supervise daily production, manpower, quality, safety, and overall factory operations.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily production, packaging, manpower, and overall factory operations.
Ensure production activities are completed as per company instructions, production plans, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Maintain raw material tracking, usage records, register entries, production records, manpower records, and other factory documents.
Inspect finished goods and monitor product quality during production and packaging.
Coordinate with production, packaging, store, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Ensure proper use of raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, and factory equipment.
Monitor and reduce material wastage, production loss, and rework.
Ensure safe handling of industrial acids like hydrochloric acid and other chemicals, safe machine operation, and timely reporting of machine-related issues.
Maintain worker attendance, discipline, performance, manpower efficiency, and guide workers for proper work execution.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, company safety protocols, corrective action for operational issues, and daily reporting to factory management.
Additional Requirements
Maximum age limit: 35 years.
Basic ERP software knowledge and basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel, are required.
Must have a strong sense of responsibility, a can-do attitude & must be willing to work in a detergent and toiletries manufacturing factory.

Salary during probation period: BDT 18,000 per month for 03 months.
After completion of probation period, salary may be increased up to BDT 22,000 per month based on performance.
