Responsibilities & Context:

• Machine Setup & Operation: Assemble and configure molds, arbors, and press machinery according to production specifications and blueprints.

• Raw Material Handling: Weigh, measure, and mix abrasive grains (e.g., aluminum oxide, silicon carbide) and bonding agents (resin or rubber) as per the specific Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Quality Control: Inspect cutting wheels for thickness, balance, diameter, and structural defects using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance on the equipment to minimize production downtime.

• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), guarding machinery, and managing dust extraction systems.

• Education & Experience: High/Higher School Diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in machining with Electrical or Mechanical is highly preferred/ Bachelor of Sceince in mechanical or Electrical.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills to resolve minor equipment malfunctions quickly.

• Reporting for all production information with the superior management.

• Preparing Production Plan, Delivery Plan and target achievement with thereof.

• Must have ability to take challenge to bring efficiency with production line to fulfill the production target & delivery target of the market.

• Minimizing product defect & wastage of Raw Materials for cost effective production operation.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
