Responsibilities & Context:
  • Collect market samples of company and competitor products from different regions across Bangladesh according to the approved sampling plan.

  • Ensure proper identification, labelling, storage and traceability of all collected samples before laboratory evaluation.

  • Conduct physical, chemical, microbiological (where applicable), performance and stability testing in accordance with approved test methods, SOPs and quality standards.

  • Perform comparative analysis of company products against competitor products to evaluate product quality, performance, consumer benefits and market competitiveness.

  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports summarizing analytical findings, observations, conclusions, and recommendations.

  • Develop professional presentations highlighting product performance, benchmarking results, quality trends and improvement opportunities for management review.

  • Present analytical reports and technical findings as per the requirement for management & cross functional team.

  • Support the Product Development team by providing technical feedback, benchmarking data and recommendations for product improvement and innovation.

  • Maintain complete and accurate laboratory records, test reports, raw data and documentation in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Prepare, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications, test methods, formats, protocols and other QA documents as required.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO standards, company quality policies and regulatory requirements during all QA activities.

  • Participate in internal audits, quality investigations, CAPA implementation, deviation handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with Production, Product Development, Procurement and Marketing teams regarding product quality and technical issues.

  • Monitor product quality trends and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization and quality enhancement.

  • Verify that laboratory instruments are calibrated, maintained and suitable for use before testing activities.

  • Assist in validation, method verification, stability studies and special quality evaluation projects as assigned.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all technical data, product formulations, reports and company information.

  • Perform routine QA departmental activities including documentation control, record management, sample retention, quality monitoring and other responsibilities assigned by management.

  • Support new product launches by conducting quality evaluations, benchmarking studies, and pre-launch performance assessments.
