Minimum 05 years working experience in production preferably in Stainless Steel(SS) Pipe Manufacturing Company

·Plan, organize and control daily production activities to achieve production target.

·Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery and raw materials.

·Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.

·Maintain product quality in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

·Implement and monitor quality control, safety and compliance procedures.

·Analyze production data and identity opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

·Lead, motivate and evaluate production staff to improve productivity and performance.

·To take necessary measures for ensure the raw materials and product quality.

·Ensure the duties of each staff, workers and officers.

·Responsible for workers recruitment through internal & external source by Management approval.

·Handle the disciplinary issues of the workers/officers in consulting with management.

·Supervise, monitor and follow up attendance of personnel of the factory on daily basis.

·Checking of coil sheet, machine and dies on regular basis. 

·Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports with analytical date for management.
