Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and execute preventive maintenance as per SOP, handle breakdown maintenance.
Inspect machineries like Injection Molding, Roto Molding, blow Molding, Crusher, Cargo Lift, Overhead Crane etc.
Troubleshoot breakdowns and ensure root cause–based corrective actions.
Supervise maintenance team for safe and efficient execution of tasks.
Inspect machines, utilities and electrical systems regularly.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.
Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, breakdown history.
Optimize manpower utilization and team performance.
Reduce defects, leakage and machine failures through proactive control.
Manage spare parts requisition to ensure uninterrupted operations.
