Sound knowledge of reactor operations and production processes.
Understanding of industrial safety practices and SOP compliance.
Ability to monitor process parameters and respond to operational issues.
Good record-keeping and reporting skills.Willingness to work in shifts when required.
Team-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
Responsibilities & Context:
Operate the DOP reactor safely and efficiently in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Charge raw materials into the reactor as per approved formulations and production schedules.
Monitor and control reactor temperature, pressure, agitation, and other critical process parameters.
Record batch data, process readings, and production information accurately.
Perform routine in-process quality checks and report any deviations immediately.
Coordinate the unloading and transfer of finished products to designated storage tanks or containers.
Report equipment malfunctions, process abnormalities, or safety hazards to the Plant Supervisor without delay.
Supervise production helpers during each batch operation.
Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the reactor and surrounding production area.
Follow all safety, environmental, and quality requirements during plant operations.
