ExperienceMinimum 8–12 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
Experience in Sulphonation Plants, Surfactant Manufacturing, Sulphuric Acid, , or Specialty Chemicals will be given preference.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of chemical plant operations and process safety.
Experience with sulphonation technology and related equipment.
Knowledge of utilities, boilers, cooling towers, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, and process instrumentation.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and make timely operational decisions.
Preferred CandidateChemical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in continuous process plants.
Experience in project commissioning or plant expansion will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Position Summary
The Factory Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing facility, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, process optimization, safety, utilities, inventory control, and manpower management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and practical experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in sulphonation or surfactant production.
