Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor machine performance, production efficiency, and material utilization.
Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
Maintain production records and prepare daily operational reports.
Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturing standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Production Manager.
