Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 40 years
Experience in B2B / manufacturing / packaging / printing / apparel accessories will be preferred.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular client visits, meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and business presentations.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements to convert prospects into business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
Coordinate with Production, Commercial, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customers, sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and provide market feedback to management.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
