Good knowledge of printing and packaging quality standards and inspection techniques.

Familiarity with colour matching, print registration, material defects, and packaging specifications. Mellow Color also

Knowledge of root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality documentation.

Ability to identify defects, prepare reports, and coordinate effectively with production teams.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and customer quality requirements will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality at every stage of production, from incoming raw materials to finished packaging products.

• Inspect printing quality, colour consistency, registration, UV coating, lamination, die-cutting, window patching, and folder-gluing processes.

• Ensure products meet approved samples, customer specifications, and quality standards.

• Conduct in-process inspections, final inspections, and quality testing as required.

• Identify defects, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

• Coordinate with Production, Prepress, and other relevant departments to resolve quality issues.

• Support internal and external customer audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable quality standards.
