Responsibilities & Context:
Operate pumping/vacuum/sealing support equipment used in meat packing or processing lines while maintaining product quality and food safety.
Operate pump, vacuum, sealing or transfer equipment as assigned by production.
Monitor equipment pressure, flow, sealing quality and product movement.
Perform basic checks, cleaning and report technical faults to maintenance.
Follow machine safety, hygiene and cold-chain procedures.
