Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure quality control of perishable sweets, snacks, fast food items
Monitor raw materials, in-process & finished product quality
Maintain HACCP / ISO / Food Safety standards
Conduct microbiological & chemical testing of food items
Develop and implement QC SOPs & documentation
Lead QC team and supervise daily inspection activities
Identify defects, do root cause analysis & corrective actions
Coordinate with production & R&D for product improvement
Ensure compliance with BSTI / international food safety regulations
