Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time study and motion study to establish standard times and improve work methods.
Perform line balancing and layout design.
Improve production capacity through method study and workplace layout optimization.
Develop and maintain SMV for various production processes.
Carry out capacity study and support production planning activities.
Monitor hourly and daily production targets vs. achievements and take necessary corrective actions.
Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement effective solutions.
Prepare skill matrix and multiskilling workers.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure achievement of daily production targets.
Track non-productive time (NPT) and take initiatives to reduce operational losses.
Ensure smooth production flow from raw material input to final product output.
Doing process improvement in sample development. Practice Kaizen for continue improvements
