Experience:

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Production planning and scheduling expertise

• Industrial Engineering knowledge

• ERP / Advanced Excel proficiency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication in English and Bangla

• Ability to work under pressure

Production Planning & Control

• Prepare annual, monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on order commitments and management priorities.

• Ensure effective production scheduling for Spinning and Yarn Dyeing sections.

• Monitor production progress and adjust plans according to urgent shipment, machine breakdown, or material shortage.

• Coordinate with Commercial, Sales, Store, Maintenance, QA, HR, and Production departments.

• Ensure shipment and internal delivery targets are achieved on time.

Capacity & Resource Management

• Prepare machine capacity plans, manpower budgets, and shift plans.

• Maximize machine utilization and reduce idle time.

• Ensure availability of raw materials, packing materials, dyes, chemicals, and accessories as per production plan.

Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement

• Lead time study, motion study, process mapping, and method improvement activities.

• Improve productivity, labor efficiency, machine efficiency, and workflow balance.

• Analyze production losses, downtime, bottlenecks, and wastage.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives.

 Reporting & Management Review

• Prepare Daily Production Report, Efficiency Report, Capacity Report, and MIS.

• Submit Plan vs Actual analysis to management.

• Present improvement proposals and corrective action plans.
