• 5-6 years of experience in Operations, Product Development Manufacturing areas, preferably in a reputed electrical appliance manufacturing company.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) strong analytical ability team leadership and communication skills.

Akij Venture Limited is looking for a competent professional to manage the operations of Kitchen Hood and Geyser products. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational activities, coordinating with showrooms, and supporting overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Kitchen Hood and Geyser product lines.

• Coordinate with showrooms to ensure proper product availability and display

• Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to drive sales growth

• Manage inventory, stock movement, and distribution planning

• Ensure proper after-sales service and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, service)

• Prepare reports and provide insights for business improvement

• Mobile bill,Gratuity,Insurance,Weekly 2 holidays,Provident fund
