Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the Cosmetics & Toiletries products

• Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management

• Strong knowledge of stock management systems and MS Excel

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

• Maintain proper records of Products, Available Stock, Expiry Date, Batch Number etc

• Ensure FMFO/FEFO methods are followed for stock movement

• Conduct daily stock updates and report discrepancies immediately

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance

• Ensure timely delivery and coordination with sales & distribution teams

• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward goods

• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation

• Coordinating with courier services and internal logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to regional hubs or retailers.

• Ensuring products are stored under proper conditions (temperature, hygiene, and security) and that all packaging meets quality standards before dispatch. They must also implement workplace safety protocols.

• Prepare and submit required daily reports via email to management.
