• Age 30 to 46 years

Technician – Maintenance

Core Focus: Machine uptime, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting

• Perform routine preventive maintenance of all production machines

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues (sewing, cutting, finishing machines)

• Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick breakdown response

• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and service records

• Coordinate with production team for machine readiness

• Ensure proper lubrication and spare parts management

• Support installation and setup of new machines

• Follow safety procedures and ensure safe machine operation

  Technician – Cutting

  Core Focus: Accurate cutting, material utilization, quality

• Operate cutting machines (clicking press, CNC cutting, manual cutting)

• Ensure correct pattern placement and cutting accuracy

• Maintain leather grading and selection as per quality standard

• Optimize material utilization and minimize wastage

• Follow marker planning and cutting layout

• Check defects in leather before cutting

• Maintain cutting tools and equipment

• Coordinate with store and production for material flow

  Technician – Stitching

  Core Focus: Machine handling, stitching quality, technical support

• Operate and adjust stitching machines (flatbed, post bed, cylinder bed, etc.)

• Ensure correct SPI, seam strength and stitch quality

• Support line supervisors in machine setup for new styles

• Identify and fix minor machine issues

• Assist in operator training on machine handling

• Maintain cleanliness and proper machine condition

• Reduce defects related to stitching operations

• Follow safety and operational guidelines

  Technician – Product Development (R&D)

  Core Focus: Sample development, technical feasibility, innovation

• Develop samples as per design, tech pack, and buyer requirements

• Analyze feasibility of new designs for production

• Coordinate with merchandising and production teams

• Suggest alternative materials and cost-effective methods

• Prepare sample patterns, cutting, and stitching

• Identify potential production challenges and solutions

• Maintain sample records and documentation

• Ensure timely development and submission of samples
