Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch)
Ensure accurate inventory management and system reconciliation
Maintain FIFO/FEFO for finished goods and raw/packaging materials
Ensure proper storage conditions, considering hygiene and product safety
Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation (GRN, challan, stock reports)
Coordinate with production and distribution for timely dispatch planning
Monitor loading/unloading to ensure efficiency and minimize damage
Conduct regular physical stock verification and variance analysis
Lead the warehouse team (helpers, loaders) and ensure productivity
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and audit requirements (FMCG standard)
Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency
