Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the Cosmetics & Toiletries products

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Requires minimum 3-7 years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing warehouse.

• Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems

• Strong knowledge of stock management systems

• Good communication skill

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Goods Receipt & Inspection: Receiving incoming cosmetics shipments (from factories or imports), verifying quantities against purchase orders, and checking for damages or discrepancies.

• Inventory Control & Ledger Maintenance: Updating stock in the system

• (ERP/Oracle/SAP) and maintaining manual records like Bin Cards and stock ledgers to ensure physical stock matches system records.

• FMFO/FIFO Adherence: Given that cosmetics have specific shelf lives, the Store

• Officer must strictly implement FMFO (First-Manufactured, First-Out) to minimize wastage of expired products.

• Issuance & Dispatch: Processing store requisitions, picking products, and preparing

• necessary documentation like Delivery Challans and Gate Passes for outgoing shipments.

• Stock Verification: Conducting regular cycle counts and monthly/annual physical

• inventory reconciliations to report any shortages or surpluses to the In-charge.

• Housekeeping & Safety: Ensuring the storage area is clean, well-organized, and that

• products are stored at appropriate temperatures and safety standards to maintain quality
