Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and monitor CO₂ generation and recovery systems (fermentation-based or external supply systems).
Ensure proper functioning of compressors, scrubbers, dryers, carbon filters, and storage tanks.
Maintain required CO₂ purity levels as per beverage industry standards.
Monitor key parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and purity level.
Ensure continuous and stable CO₂ supply to carbonation lines.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of CO₂ plant equipment.
Ensure food-grade CO₂ quality as per internal and international standards.
Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
Ensure safe handling of high-pressure gas systems.
Coordinate with boiler, compressor, chiller, and production teams for smooth operation.
