• Oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution of medical equipment.

• Ensure timely and efficient delivery to healthcare facilities.

• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.

• Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and delays.

• Ensure all products meet industry regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO, CE).

• Oversee product inspections, recalls, and safety measures.

• Stay updated on industry standards and legal requirements.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

• Address customer complaints and ensure high service standards.

• Supervise and train employees in sales, logistics, and compliance.

• Develop business strategies for expanding into new regions or sectors.

• Work on branding, marketing, and promotional activities.

• Must be punctual and demonstrate strong time management skills.

• Must be aware of corporate culture, maintain proper official decorum, and exhibit a professional attitude.

• The incumbent will be responsible for sales team(s) Medical equipment sales targets.

• He will take necessary measures (plan, design, and implement sales & marketing activities) to fulfill the sales targets set by higher management.

• Build relationships with corporate clients, including real estate developers, investors, and large enterprises.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals in land sales.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for corporate clients and give presentation in public audience.

• He will be responsible for after sales service and customer support.

• Prepare monthly sales report and other sales related reports as per requirement.
