Responsibilities & Context:
Take full P&L responsibility for the land development and plot investment business.
Develop and execute annual business strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets.
Drive land acquisition planning, development sequencing, and project readiness.
Oversee end-to-end land development execution including infrastructure progress and milestone tracking.
Ensure regulatory approvals, documentation integrity, and compliance with legal requirements.
Lead sales strategy, pricing positioning, and territory expansion for plot sales.
Monitor booking, collections, and cash flow discipline to ensure financial stability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, finance, and sales for seamless execution.
Build structured reporting systems, dashboards, and review mechanisms for performance tracking.
Strengthen leadership capability across departments and develop second-line managers.
Identify operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure delivery commitments are aligned with sales promises and development readiness.
Establish accountability-driven culture with clear KPIs and performance standards.
Deliver sustainable growth while maintaining operational discipline and project quality.
