We are looking to hire an experienced Brand & Marketing Specialist focuses on business needs and technical solutions to drive operational efficiency. A Brand & Marketing Specialist sits on the marketing team, establishing brand positioning and strategy to increase market share. Both require strong data analytics, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to turn insights into actionable growth

 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Requirement Gathering: Translate business goals into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.

·         Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest analytical, data-driven improvements.

·         Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary as GP, Bangla Link, Robi, B Kash, Nagad, and others between business stakeholders, developers, and quality assurance teams.

·         Brand Strategy: Develop and execute long-term brand growth plans, positioning, and marketing initiatives.

·         Market & Consumer Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior, track market trends, and identify new growth opportunities.

·         Campaign Management: Lead marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness.

·         Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of brand campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and establish brand consistency.

·         Responsible for developing and executing promotion and strategies to establish and grow

·         the brand presence in the market across multi-channel and consumer touchpoints

·         Managed website redesign process for e-commerce. Developed and implemented strategic online marketing plans for e-commerce site by creating sitemaps, benchmarking competitors, heuristic evaluation, cost analysis, and managing a team of developers, IT professionals, accounting & Reat Estate

·         Managed, coordinated, and evaluated the agency’s performance and deliver evaluation feedback to the management to the Grameen Phone, Banglalink, Robi, B Kash, Nagad Business Analyst job ideas

·         Developed targeted messaging across multichannel marketing communications platforms resulting in the ability to uplift conversion rates in SMS marketing, email marketing, online press releases, social media, banner ads, content marketing, and SEM campaigns

·         Analyzed and researched organic search engine optimization campaigns, including competitive analysis and weekly reports using Alexa.com, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation software.

·         Gathered and analyzed data insights to help track to benchmark awareness and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and shape brand guidelines, and brand strategies
