Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels for all products and materials.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
• Collect goods to departments or outlets as required.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of all products.
• Keep the store/warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory ledgers, and inventory records.
• Ensure the security of inventory to prevent theft, loss, or damage.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements related to storage, handling, and documentation.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and dispatching goods when required.
