Proficiency in Bangla and English typing (Avro/Bijoy).
Experience with Google Sheets and basic data entry.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Must be willing to work on a rotating roster (day/night shifts).
Responsibilities & Context:
Duty Hours: 9 hours (Roster-based – Day/Night Shifts)
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to Facebook page messages promptly and effectively.
Manage customer inquiries with a positive and professional attitude.
Data entry and management using Google Sheets.
Typing and communication in both Bangla (Avro/Bijoy) and English.
