Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute the Group’s long-term financial strategy aligned with business expansion plans

• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the Founder and Board

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across all business units

Financial Governance & Compliance

• Ensure strong internal financial controls and regulatory compliance

• Supervise preparation of accurate financial statements and reports

• Lead internal and external audit processes

• Ensure adherence to tax regulations, financial laws, and corporate governance standards

Capital & Cash Flow Management

• Manage Group-level cash flow planning and working capital optimization

• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors

• Lead funding strategies, debt structuring, and capital raising initiatives

Performance & Profitability Management

• Monitor P&L performance across business verticals

• Develop financial dashboards and performance reporting systems

• Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives

Investment & Risk Management

• Evaluate financial feasibility of new investments, projects, and expansions

• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions or partnerships

• Lead and develop the Group’s finance and accounts teams

• Establish SOP-driven financial systems and reporting structures

• Strengthen financial discipline across all departments
