Responsibilities

DMJ Shipping Lines is looking for an experienced, skilled, and dependable Manager (Shipping Operations) to lead our cargo and vessel operations team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure on-time Delivery Order (DO) or NOC issuance

✅ Oversee and manage vessel and cargo operations

✅ Prepare and ensure completion of shipping and customs documentation

✅ Maintain liaison with port authorities, customs, and other relevant agencies

✅ Plan and monitor vessel schedules

✅ Prepare cargo and vessel files, and assist with invoicing

✅ Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

✅ Control operational costs and ensure efficiency

✅ Ensure compliance with QHSE and risk management standards

Requirements:

🔹 Graduate or relevant diploma in Shipping/Logistics/Maritime preferred; educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with strong relevant experience

🔹 Minimum 3+ years of experience in shipping agency or vessel operations

🔹 Sound knowledge of customs and shipping documentation

🔹 Excellent communication and leadership skills

🔹 Proficient in computer/MS Office applications
