Responsibilities & Context:
The Share Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling resort share ownership, holiday memberships, vacation ownership products, and other hospitality investment opportunities. The role focuses on generating leads, building long-term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Generate qualified leads through referrals, corporate visits, digital platforms, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Selling company shares and real estate projects.
Maintaining regular contact with clients and presenting properties according to their needs.
Finding new potential buyers and achieving sales targets.
Assisting customers with property visits and closing deals.
Managing sales activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, meetings, and CRM systems.
Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential client segments.
Participate in the development of sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales efforts.
Monitor sales performance and key metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
