• Take full responsibility for revenue, growth, and overall performance of the apartment business.

• Lead multiple residential projects simultaneously from planning to final handover.

• Ensure alignment between sales commitments and actual project delivery timelines.

• Oversee project execution, construction progress, and milestone tracking.

• Maintain strict control over project budgets, cost efficiency, and margin protection.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all projects.

• Coordinate construction, sales, finance, procurement, and customer service teams for integrated execution.

• Minimize delays, disputes, cost overruns, and rework through structured systems.

• Develop and implement SOP-driven operational processes for predictable execution.

• Monitor contractor performance, vendor discipline, and procurement efficiency.

• Drive customer experience excellence from booking to final handover.

• Build and strengthen second-line leadership across project and functional teams.

• Establish KPI-based performance tracking and accountability systems.

• Identify operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

• Deliver projects on time while ensuring sustainable profitability and business growth.
